	Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt June 23: 6:30-8pm These internationally known teachers were trained by one of Joseph Pilates’ disciples, Romana Kryzanowska, and are former Certified Pilates Teacher Trainers for Romana. Their practice incorporates, but is not limited to, their signature TRIADBALL™. Try this new and invigorating way to do Pilates. After taking this fun ball class, you will want to add it to your everyday Pilates practice. Get on the ball!
